Study Group for Productivity Improvement and Work Efficiently (2nd Session)

The other day, we held the second study group for productivity improvement and work efficiently.
The content of the training included:

"My Work Style and Salary"
The necessity of making efforts to enhance one’s work performance.
"About the Profit Line"
Specifying work that corresponds to the salary received.
"The Difference Between School and Company"
When having the right to receive a salary, there is an obligation to provide value to the company and customers.

One of the most impressive points from this lecture was a quote from a book written by Konosuke Matsushita that the instructor introduced:
"It is necessary to constantly ask oneself how much effort one has put into work this month."
After the last lecture, I became more aware of whether my salary aligns with my work. However, I had not been mindful of my "work performance this month." Listening to the discussion, it made me realize that having this awareness can bring a significant positive impact not only to the company I work for but also to the society.
At the end of the session, each participant set quantitative and specific goals to work on through this program. It seems that we will check the results in the next sessions, so I will do my best to achieve the goals I have set for myself.
I'm looking forward to the third session next month!
